15:00-18:00 - Session 3 for U19 players
18:00-21:00 - Session 4 for Senior players

Wednesday evening net and middle practice training at Deutweg will take place from 17:00-19:30 during the outdoor season weather permitting
Friday evening outdoor training at Embrach for the Academy players from 16:00-18:00 during the outdoor season weather permitting
